Delete Your Account & Data

You don't need to delete your whole account to remove specific data. From inside the app you can remove individual contacts or entire campaigns — your account stays active so you can keep using Simple Sign-off.

Delete a single contact

1. Open a campaign from your dashboard.
2. Go to the Contacts tab.
3. Tap the trash icon next to the contact you want to remove.

Delete a whole campaign

1. Open the campaign from your dashboard.
2. Tap Delete campaign at the bottom of the campaign detail.
3. Confirm the deletion prompt.

Deleting a campaign permanently removes the campaign and all of its contacts, acknowledgement records, and audit data in one action — but your account and other campaigns remain untouched.

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. When your account is deleted:

• All of your campaigns are removed.
• All contacts, acknowledgement records, and audit trails associated with your campaigns are permanently deleted.
• Any uploaded documents are removed from secure storage.
• Your login is ended and you will need to register again to use the app.

Deletion is immediate and irreversible. If you only want to remove a single campaign, you can delete it from your dashboard instead — this keeps your account active.

If you can still log in, the fastest way to delete your account is from inside the app:

1. Sign in to your account at the login page.
2. Open the Account menu from the top of the dashboard.
3. Select Account settings.
4. Tap Delete my account and confirm the double-tap prompt.

If you can no longer access your account (for example, you have lost access to the email address you registered with), you can request deletion by email. Send a message from an email address we can use to verify your identity, and include the words "Delete my account" in the subject line.

We will action verified requests within 30 days. Once deletion is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

To protect the integrity of the audit trail, acknowledgement records created by recipients who acknowledged your documents may be retained for a limited period in line with ourprivacy policyretention schedule. If you have questions about a specific record, contact us and we will help.
