How your data is handled and protected

Information we collect

We collect the following information provided by you during the campaign creation process:

Campaign metadata — document titles and descriptions.
Contact information — names, mobile phone numbers, and usernames of individuals required to acknowledge your documents.
Usage data — confirmation timestamps and IP addresses captured at the moment of document acknowledgement for audit purposes.

Encryption. All data is encrypted at rest within our secure database and file storage systems.
Access control. We enforce strict row-level security policies. Only the authenticated account owner who created a campaign has access to their specific campaign records, contacts, and uploaded documents.
Secure document access. Documents uploaded to our service are stored in private, non-public storage. They are only accessible via secure, time-limited, signed URLs generated dynamically upon verified access requests.
Identity verification. Recipients must possess their unique, private acknowledgement link and provide a matching mobile number or username to access documents and submit signatures — a two-factor verification process that protects recipient privacy.

Infrastructure. We utilise the Base44 platform to host and secure your data.
No third-party sharing. We do not sell, rent, or share your contact lists or document information with third-party advertisers or unauthorised service providers.

Data retention. Data is retained only as long as you maintain your campaign.
Data deletion. You retain full control over your data. You may delete individual contacts or permanently purge entire campaigns and their associated audit records from your dashboard at any time. Once deleted, this information is removed from our systems.
